Cancellation Policy: Please contact me within 48 hours of an appointment to cancel color services and within 24 hours of an appointment to cancel haircuts, etc. Failure to cancel within that window will result in being charged in full for the scheduled service. If you reschedule instead of canceling, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required towards your rescheduled visit and will be deducted from that appointment.
